Mr. Bily Jones

Billy is an experienced market and social research expert with significant expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation. He has been in the Research industry for the past 10 years; working as research Manager for several research agencies in Ghana and for Unilever Ghana Limited. He has worked on several local and international projects for a good number of organizations; Ecobank, USAID, DFID, Markit Economics, Abt Associates, Danone, Botch, Diageo, Facebook Inc, Intermedia, Philips, Nestle, Royal Unibrew, Vlisco, Olam, MTN, Vodafone, Tigo among others.

He has also worked as a consultant in training, setting up of M & E systems and conducted Impact Evaluations for major projects for Concern Universal Ghana, FIDA Ghana, Self-help initiative Support Services (SISS), Sinapi Aba Trust Youth Apprenticeship Programme funded by Opportunity International, Agbogbloshie Development Project funded by Comic Relief International, Star Ghana and Ghana Blind Association among others.

Billy holds MBA from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Bachelor of Science degree from the University for Development Studies and Advanced certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
